These Terms and Conditions are the contractual agreement between the customer or visitor to the Website and Pure Interior Pte Ltd in relation to your use of the www.pureinterior.com.sg website and your purchases from the Website.
It is imperative that you read and understand these Terms & Conditions before you use our website or make your purchases, and you agree to be bounded by these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use our website or purchase from us.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Pure Interior Pte Ltd, protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by Pure Interior Pte Ltd.
You may store, print and display the content solely for your own personal and non-commercial use and must credit the content back to "Pure Interior".
We strictly prohibit the reproduction, modification, distribution or incorporation into any other work of any or all of the material available on the Website in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
Pure Store makes every effort to ensure that all of the products we feature are in stock, however our items come in limited quantity as they are all carefully curated.
Please take note of the following:-
- True colour of the items may vary slightly due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer and/or tech device.
- Measurements may vary from what is stated due to items being handmade/handcrafted.
- Marbles and stones by nature offer no uniformity and are prone to colour, structure and vein changes. Any tonality variation in colours, shades, veins and structure as seen in the depicted picture in the website from the actual item are inevitable and have to be accepted as the stones’ natural appearance and inherent features. Standard tolerances have to be considered.
- The natural leather surface normally, although not always, has marks of imperfection such as, roughness, differing degrees of shine or shading, spots etc, especially when the leather undergoes minimal processing. Exposure of products to sunlight and direct sources of heat will alter the colours of the leather coverings.
- Any small colour variations in the multi-coloured decorations are due to the fact that the goods are handcrafted and are therefore to be considered as qualities and not faults.
In the instance that a selected item is out of stock, you will be notified when you click ADD TO CART. You will have the option to enter your email address and click JOIN WAITING LIST to receive an email when the item becomes available.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will deliver the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item.
PRODUCT PRICING INFORMATION
- The prices displayed in the website include GST at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
- The prices displayed on our website which includes delivery may differ from prices that are available in our showroom.
PLACING AN ORDER
- Please ensure the correct item(s) has been selected before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event that the wrong item(s) is selected.
- Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of your payment after completing the checkout process.
- In the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
- By default, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars and your credit card company will convert the amount to our local currency.
- Modes of Payment: Credit and debit card payments by PayPal (Local and International Customers).
- We regret that we will not absorb TT or Cross Region transfer fees for International Customers paying by Bank Transfer. We encourage International Customers to use PayPal.
- We will not be able to cancel orders once payment has been made.
GIFT WRAP / GIFT BOX
Sending a gift?
Choose the gift option in the Shopping Basket and we will wrap your purchase. We will include an optional personalized message with your order.
Please kindly take note:-
- Individual items within an order cannot be wrapped or boxed together.
- Gift Wrap applies to every individual item purchased only.
- Oversized items are not eligible for gift services.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for the following circumstances only;
- Incorrect merchandise received
- Defective merchandise received
Pure Interior must be notified of a return or exchange within 5 working days from date of delivery.
Exchanges are only valid on regular priced items purchased without promotional and/or discount codes.
A one to one exchange will be processed upon receipt of your returned package. Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis for the exact same design only. If the item is no longer available, Store Credit of the same value as the purchase value will be issued to the customer.
Store Credit is valid for 12 months upon issuance date and is valid for a single order only. We will not able to refund the balance if the purchase amount falls below the Store Credit value. Customers can top up the difference if the purchase amount exceeds the Store Credit.
Any cash refunds made will be credited to your credit card account that was used for the original purchase. We will not bear any processing fee that may be imposed to you by your card issuance bank for the credited amount back into your bank account.
We will not be held liable if you have purchased our merchandise through a third party.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of assembled items and/or items damaged after acceptance of delivery, except due to manufacturing defaults or incorrect items received. Merchandise must be returned in its original brand new condition, unused and undamaged in its original packaging with tags attached.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude that it is not in a new condition.
At Pure Store, we respect your right to privacy and we protect our customers’ information.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than for the express propose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property or safety.
