Can I place an order from outside Singapore?

Yes, we do offer an international delivery option. International delivery charges may vary per item and per country. Please see our terms and conditions for further details or contact us for any help required.

How are international orders shipped?

We use different carriers to ship internationally depending on the customer's residing country. Regrettably, we do not ship to international PO boxes.

How do I track my international order?

You will receive an email notification when your item is ready for despatch containing your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. Your tracking information will be updated after as your order has been collected from our Store and through the delivery process. If you need further assistance with your order please do not hesitate to contact us.

How are Sales Tax/VAT and Duties calculated?

Orders will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from the customs on arrival.

What happens to International Undeliverable Packages?

All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. The customer will be refunded in accordance to the purchase price to their original payment method. There is no guarantee that the customer will be able to re-order the same item in that order again, items are subject to availability.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged/incorrect?

Should you receive a damage or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 working days. Please have your order number ready so that our Customer Care Team can resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

How do I make a return and exchange?

Orders from other countries are final sale. Our return and exchange policy applies strictly to only incorrect merchandise or defective merchandise received.

Regardless of your shipment country, if your item arrives incorrect or defective, you may be eligible for a return. Contact our Customer Care for assistance. If your item is eligible, you will be emailed a packing slip to include in the return package.

Customers have to bear the shipping costs associated with the return. Upon receipt of return parcel, we will provide you a refund of the original merchandise price to your original payment method. We will not bear any processing fee that may be imposed to you by your card issuance bank for the credited amount back into your credit account.
